Latam receives first Embraer E195‑E2, plans rollout of new routes

Embraer delivered the first of up to 74 E195‑E2 aircraft to Latam on the 8th, and the plane (registration PS‑LTA) will enter service in the coming days.

Latam expects eleven more E195‑E2s by December and will operate the first aircraft between November and March; fourteen of the new jets will serve 42 routes, adding eight new connections and four new destinations – Cabo Frio, Macaé, Ji‑Paraná and Rondonópolis – with a goal of up to eighteen new destinations by 2027.
