Corrections
Stories are written by software from published sources, so mistakes can happen: a wrong name, a misread number, two events joined into one. If you see one, tell us.
How to report a mistake
Email hello@terminair.com with the subject "Correction". Include the link to the story, what is wrong, and, if you can, a link that shows the right fact. Publishers and the people named in a story are welcome to write to us in the same way.
What happens next
- We aim to reply within two working days.
- A person checks the claim against the sources the story cites and against the report you sent.
- If the story is wrong, we correct it or take it down. If the story is right, we say so and show you the source.
- If the cause is a rule or a model prompt, we change that as well, so the same mistake does not come back. We do not only mend the one page.
- A correction that changes what a story says is added to the log below.
