Air Peace received a new Embraer 190 at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on October 7, 2026, and named it after Mrs. Eka Sunmonu, marking the first time the airline has named an aircraft outside the Onyema family. The acquisition is described as part of Air Peace's fleet expansion drive.

The aircraft is configured with 12 Business Class and 84 Economy Class seats, bringing Air Peace's Embraer fleet to a total of 18 aircraft, while the airline also added five Boeing 737‑800 aircraft earlier this year.
