Ocean Aviation broke ground on October 7, 2026 on a new private aviation campus at Miami Executive Airport (TMB).

The $67 million project will cover 40 acres and provide up to 400,000 sq ft of hangar space in communal and private configurations, creating roughly 2,900 construction jobs and 250 permanent positions for the local workforce. Ocean Aviation also acquired National Jets at Fort Lauderdale‑Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in September 2026, and National Jets will continue operating under its established name.
