Pegasus Airlines has partnered with Zingly.ai to introduce an AI voice assistant for its customer service, with the first use case already live and offered in Turkish.

The airline plans to expand the system by mid‑2027 to cover the ten most important customer service issues and add additional languages, while complex queries can be transferred to staff with existing context.
