AAIB reports investigations of five aircraft incidents in 2025

The UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) investigated an ATR 72‑212 A (G‑OASB) that touched down on its nose landing gear at East Midlands Airport on 14 November 2025, a Boeing 737‑800 (9H‑QBD) that landed below final reserve fuel at Manchester Airport on 3 October 2025, and a Beagle B121 Series 2 (G‑AZDG) that entered a steep descent into Hanningfield Reservoir, Essex on 28 December 2025.

The bulletin also covered an Airbus A319‑131 (G‑EUPS) that experienced inertial reference drift after shock loading to its nose landing gear during climb from Edinburgh Airport on 30 October 2025, and a Zenair CH 601HDS (G‑CHZS) that made a hard landing following an engine failure at Tatenhill Airfield, Staffordshire on 22 April 2025.
