GE Aerospace to provide engine maintenance and training for Poland's Apache fleet

GE Aerospace is establishing engine maintenance and training capacity for Poland's future Boeing AH-64E Apache Guardian helicopter fleet, signing agreements with Militärische Luftfahrtwerke 1 (WZL-1) and the Military Technical University in Warsaw.

WZL-1 will handle maintenance and overhaul of the T700/CT7 engines while the university will train Polish technicians, military personnel and WZL-1 staff; Poland will receive 96 helicopters under a contract signed in August 2024, with the first deliveries slated for 2028 and the final ones for 2030.
