KLM has chosen Starlink to provide high‑speed free Wi‑Fi on its intercontinental flights and will begin installing the system next year, with service expected from mid‑2027 across all cabin classes.

The airline already offers free Wi‑Fi through Viasat, launched on 22 January and now covering half of its European fleet, and plans to extend free connectivity to its A321neo, Embraer 195‑E2 and part of its Boeing 737‑800 fleet.
