Icelandair to launch St. Louis service in May 2027

Icelandair will add St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) to its U.S. network, operating flights from Keflavik International Airport (KEF) three to four times weekly beginning May 14, 2027 and ending October 24, 2027.

The service will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays using a Boeing 737 MAX 8 configured with 16 business‑class recliner seats and 144 economy seats, and will create a transfer point with partner Southwest Airlines, marking Icelandair’s 16th U.S. gateway and its first new destination on the Atlantic side for 2027.
