British Airways will increase capacity on its London–St. Louis route by 80% for the summer 2027 season, adding more than 35,400 seats.

The new schedule begins with five weekly flights from March 28 2027, moving to daily service between April 19 and June 28 and again from September 6 to October 30, after the route was launched on April 19 2026 with four weekly frequencies; the service is operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliners offering First, Club World, World Traveller Plus and World Traveller cabins and remains the only nonstop link between the United Kingdom and Missouri.

Why it matters

The expansion is expected to strengthen the local economy by connecting businesses with European markets.
