Swissport to launch centralized load control centre in Riyadh for Riyadh Air

Swissport will open a Centralized Load Control centre in Riyadh for Riyadh Air, with the facility expected to be operational within eight months.

The centre will manage load planning, weight and balance calculations and cargo documentation for Riyadh Air’s domestic and international flights, and the agreement includes training of a local workforce through the Swissport Academy. Riyadh Air began scheduled operations on 10 June with a Riyadh–London Heathrow service.
