First Class Air partners with Vertical Aerospace to expand MRO capabilities

First Class Air has invested in and partnered with Vertical Aerospace, an aviation MRO provider based in Bristow, Oklahoma, to broaden its technical capabilities and capacity for customers needing repair and support of complex aircraft structures and components.

Vertical Aerospace will continue operating from its 226,000‑ft² Bristow facility under founder and General Manager Tray Siegfried, offering MRO, engineering and fabricated‑part manufacturing services for commercial, cargo and military aircraft, including nacelle and thrust‑reverser repair, flight‑control surfaces, composite and metallic structural repair, cowlings, ducts and exhaust components, as well as repair development, fabrication, non‑destructive testing and specialised processing; the facility holds AS9100 Rev. D certification and FAA and EASA repair station approvals and is equipped with an autoclave, clean room, phosphoric‑acid anodising and cleaning systems, heat treatment, welding, laser tracking and engineering design systems.
