Proflight Zambia adds weekend Johannesburg‑Lusaka service and new Cape Town flight

Proflight Zambia began a third daily return service between Johannesburg and Lusaka on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the additional weekend flights starting on 19 September.

The airline will operate 54 extra flights on the Johannesburg‑Lusaka route during the December 2026 and January 2027 holiday period, adding an evening departure from Johannesburg at 18:25 arriving in Lusaka at 20:25 and a return from Lusaka at 15:30 arriving in Johannesburg at 17:30. A new Friday service from Cape Town will start on 11 December, departing at 15:55 and arriving in Lusaka at 20:10, with the return leaving Lusaka at 10:40 and reaching Cape Town at 15:05.
