Ontic acquires Wichita-based Aero-Mach aviation parts distributor
Ontic has acquired Aero-Mach, a Wichita‑based aviation parts distributor and aftermarket support company that has been in operation for 55 years.
Aero-Mach operates three divisions—Aero‑Mach Labs, Aero‑Mach Wilco and Aero‑Mach TCO—and the deal expands Ontic’s footprint to 11 sites worldwide, according to statements from the CEOs of both companies.
