Ryanair ordered to retract accusations against eDreams after Spanish court judgment

A Spanish Commercial Court in Barcelona ruled that Ryanair’s campaign against eDreams constituted unfair competition through defamation and ordered Ryanair to publicly retract its accusations within six months, which it did.

The Irish High Court has authorized Ryanair’s lawsuit against eDreams, alleging the agency engaged in screen scraping and resold flights at inflated prices.
