Jeppesen ForeFlight announced three new AI tools for its Airflow platform on October 6, 2026.

The tools – Augmented Ops Control, Trip Trading and Target Mastery – evaluate disruption‑mitigation options, simplify crew trade requests to cut unplanned absences and extra pay, and let planners set goals such as lower costs, better reserve coverage or longer connections between flights, with a broad rollout planned for early 2027.

Why it matters

The AI suite gives airlines new capabilities to smooth flight disruptions, improve crew scheduling efficiency and pursue cost or service goals while retaining human accountability.
