Almatar expands use of Sabre Mosaic platform across Africa and Middle East

Almatar has expanded its use of Sabre’s AI‑native Mosaic platform, adding broader APIs, NDC capabilities, and new shopping, automation and analytics tools.

The platform’s modular design enables the OTA to add new functions, recently strengthening rebooking and servicing capabilities. Mosaic Exchange and Refund and the AI‑native Mosaic Flight Reshop automate searches for alternative flights and calculate rebooking costs, refund eligibility and disruption waivers. This automation delivers quicker, more reliable outcomes for travellers when plans change. Almatar has also extended its reach into multiple African markets while growing its presence in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar, driving strong growth in Sabre Mosaic NDC bookings.
