eDreams ODIGEO integrates travel booking into Amazon Alexa+ using Model Context Protocol
eDreams ODIGEO has partnered with Amazon’s Alexa+ to enable users to search and book travel through the AI assistant, employing the Model Context Protocol to link the platform to external data.
The integration allows natural‑language queries and preference specifications, and the company’s CTO Carsten Bernhard said it expands eDreams ODIGEO’s customer base via a single conversation, supporting its Prime subscription program which already has over 8.1 million members and targets 13 million by March 2030.
