eDreams ODIGEO partners with Amazon Alexa+ to add AI travel search

eDreams ODIGEO announced a collaboration with Amazon’s Alexa+ to power travel discovery and booking through the AI assistant.

The integration uses a Model Context Protocol to securely connect AI models to eDreams ODIGEO’s data, enabling Alexa+ to search and present travel options in natural conversation; CTO Carsten Bernhard highlighted the platform at the Alexa+ Partner summit and the company aims to reach 13 million subscribers by March 2030.
