Lufthansa adds Frankfurt‑Nagoya and daily Frankfurt‑Tokyo flights for summer 2027

Lufthansa will resume a seasonal Frankfurt–Nagoya service in summer 2027, operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, with the outbound flight LH736 departing Frankfurt at 14:10 on 29 March 2027 and arriving in Nagoya the next day at 09:35 local time, and the return flight LH737 leaving Nagoya at 11:30 and arriving in the Greater Tokyo area at 18:30. The airline will also launch a daily Frankfurt–Tokyo/Narita flight LH710 starting 28 March 2027, departing Frankfurt at 13:45 and arriving in Narita the following day at 09:30, with the return LH711 departing Tokyo at 11:20 and arriving in Frankfurt at 18:40.

Lufthansa said Japan is a key market and plans to operate up to 50 weekly flights to Japan in the summer of 2027, while continuing daily flights from Munich and Frankfurt to Tokyo/Haneda. Swiss will increase its services to Japan in the same period, offering up to seven weekly flights from Zurich to Tokyo/Narita.
