Pegasus Airlines obtained the last regulatory clearance needed to finalize its purchase of Czech Airlines and the Smartwings Group.

The combined entity will operate 175 aircraft and has orders for an additional 140 planes, creating a large low‑cost and vacation‑focused airline group in Central and Eastern Europe.
