A Booking.com survey conducted in January 2026 of 800 Argentine adults who had travelled for leisure found that 60% want accommodation that allows them to travel with their animal, and 53% say their pet is as important as their children.

Among highlighted properties, Almfrieden Hotel & Romantikchalet in Ramsau am Dachstein, Austria, offers up to two free dogs per room plus a welcome kit, agility park, fenced pool, canine spa, grooming, guided walks, daily dog‑sitting, a 24‑hour snack bar and other pet amenities, while Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo provides a 40 m² private dog park with play equipment, a paw‑washing area and premium pet services.
