Syrian Airlines unveiled a dark green and gold livery on 5 October at Damascus International Airport on its Airbus A320 registration YK‑AKJ.

The carrier, which started 2026 with three operational aircraft, now operates six and aims to have twelve by year‑end, while expanding its network from nine to 25 destinations by December 2026; its fleet includes two used A320s acquired via Iran in 2022, two A320s received in August as part of an eight‑aircraft used‑aircraft program, and six A320s delivered in 1998–1999 that are currently parked in Damascus, and it has resumed EU operations using an A320 operated by Lithuanian Heston Airlines.
