Houthis claim strikes on Riyadh's King Khalid Airport and Aramco refinery

Iran‑backed Houthi forces said they hit King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and an Aramco refinery in Rabigh, along with other Saudi sites.

The Saudi‑led coalition reported that 100 warplanes flew sorties at dawn and its naval forces struck Houthi weapons depots in Hodeida, while the Yemeni military said it carried out more than 1,000 strikes and launched an offensive against Sanaa; the airport attack reportedly disrupted air traffic.

A Houthi statement warned all global airlines using Saudi airspace, except over Mecca and Medina, to cease flights.
