TRU Simulation + Training Inc. announced that its Veris Virtual Reality Flight Training Device configured for the Cessna Skyhawk will make its show debut at the 2026 NBAA‑BACE in Las Vegas, with live demonstrations at booth #3415.

The device, which meets FAA Level 7 Flight Training Device standards, features a dual‑seat configuration, Garmin G1000 NXi avionics and can be used with or without a VR headset; a purchase agreement for five units was announced at NBAA‑BACE 2025 with US Aviation Academy, with options for additional units, and the Veris will expand TRU Simulation’s product line into the fixed‑wing training market upon qualification.

Why it matters

The Veris device will broaden TRU Simulation’s offerings into the fixed‑wing training segment, potentially increasing training capacity for the widely used Cessna Skyhawk platform.
