Montenegrin police expelled Mikhail Zvyunchuk, the founder of the Telegram channel "Rybar," his wife Valeria, and several associates including Sergey Belous, Pavel Lekatorchuk and Kira Doroshenko after a coordinated operation.

The detained authors were released on 9 October and are now receiving assistance from diplomats, while police, the National Security Agency and international partners carried out the targeted operation to prevent, detect and neutralise illegal activity in Montenegro.
