Flybondi filed for debt restructuring in court on 2 October. The court file was submitted on 5 October to the National Commercial Court No. 24 in Buenos Aires.

The airline has had no commercial flights for 57 days since the 5 August Bariloche‑Ezeiza flight. Passenger traffic fell from 254,533 in August 2025 to 1,865 in August 2026. More than 900 employees had left Flybondi by the end of September.
