Pitch Aviation reported a ransomware attack on its IDC Frontier cloud service at 03:40 on 7 October, targeting the IDCF Cloud (East Japan Region 1) and halting its mail‑sending system.

The company isolated and blocked network traffic to the affected server, confirming no impact on other systems and no confirmed personal data leakage, while delayed itinerary emails began to be sent from an alternative server on 8 October.
