A Frontier Airlines passenger tried to open the aircraft’s exit door after a jet bridge malfunction at Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where Flight 2052 had landed 20 minutes early.

The jet bridge was misaligned with the forward exit door, halting deplaning while maintenance workers attempted repairs; a flight attendant wrapped his arms around the passenger, pushed her back and tried to calm her down, and deplaning resumed after the bridge was safely reconnected.
