A 30‑year‑old Bosnian woman was stopped at the exit border control in Memingenberg, Germany, after her residence permit had expired several weeks earlier.

Police determined she had remained in Germany illegally for 45 days since the end of August and opened a criminal procedure against her under the Residence Act; after the measures she flew to Banja Luka.
