Gol launches ChatGPT check‑in and boarding card feature

Gol Linhas Aéreas announced integration with ChatGPT that lets passengers check in, select seats and issue digital boarding cards directly in the AI assistant.

The feature will be available to all passengers on 19 October at no additional charge, making Gol the first airline in Latin America to offer these functionalities within ChatGPT.
