Pegasus Airlines partners with Zingly.ai to launch AI voice assistant

Pegasus Airlines has invested in AI provider Zingly.ai through its innovation lab and entered a partnership for development, with the first deployment of the voice AI now live in Turkish.

The airline aims to roll out ten main use cases of the voice AI by mid‑2027.
