Air India and Air India Express raise fuel surcharges on bookings from 9 Oct

Air India and its low‑cost subsidiary Air India Express announced higher fuel surcharges for new bookings starting 9 October, with domestic legs now costing between 400 and 1,200 Indian rupees. International surcharges were also increased: North America legs rise to $215, Australia legs to $210, Europe and UK legs to $135, and West Asia/Middle East legs to $55 per leg.
