Metropolitan Airports Commission appoints new directors for labor relations and talent

Alison Kelly has been promoted to director of labor relations and total rewards at the Metropolitan Airports Commission, where she will lead the agency’s labor strategy, represent it in union contract negotiations, oversee benefits programs and co‑chair the compensation committee. Nicole Kiefer has been promoted to director of talent acquisition, development and engagement, where she will lead hiring, onboarding, enterprise learning and development, employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives, oversee the HR business partner team and co‑chair the compensation committee with Kelly.
