Turkish court finds service of payment order to Caspian Airlines irregular

The Istanbul 8th Enforcement Court ruled that the service of a payment order in case 2026/31093 was irregular, correcting the service date to 28 September 2026 and noting that Caspian Airlines has no Turkish trade register entry and the order was sent to another debtor’s address. The decision was issued on 7 October 2026 and allows an appeal to the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice within two weeks.
