KLM announced on 8 October 2026, its 107th anniversary, that it will begin offering free high‑speed Wi‑Fi via Starlink on its intercontinental routes from mid‑2027.

The service will be rolled out in phases across all cabin classes, using Starlink satellite connectivity; Flying Blue members can access it for free by logging in with their loyalty account, while other passengers may purchase access before departure or through the onboard portal. KLM had earlier this year introduced free, unlimited Wi‑Fi on most of its European fleet.
