Plaza Premium Group invested US$12 million to develop and scale its proprietary travel technology solutions, operating the OneTECO B2B2C marketplace and the Smart Traveller consumer app, and has partnered with Abu Dhabi Airports to provide VIP passenger services and lounge management at Terminal A of Zayed International Airport since 2023.

The company is also working with Changi Airport Group to redevelop the former Commercially Important Persons terminal site in Singapore, with the new private terminal scheduled to open in mid‑2027, and notes that non‑aeronautical activities accounted for 43.5 percent of Asia‑Pacific airport revenue in 2024 while aeronautical activities made up 54.4 percent.
