FAA grants JetBlue and Spirit exemption to move 22 LaGuardia slots

The Federal Aviation Administration approved a joint exemption for JetBlue Airways Corporation and Spirit Airlines, LLC to transfer 22 slots at LaGuardia Airport, with JetBlue barred from leasing or trading any of those slots until after April 2028.
