Safran to build aircraft engine oil systems plant in Morocco's Midparc zone

Safran announced a 120 million‑dirham project to construct a dedicated factory for aircraft engine oil systems and lubrication components in Nouaceur, near Casablanca, creating about 100 jobs in the Midparc free‑zone aerospace cluster.

In 2026 the company established Systems Oil Safran Maroc, a subsidiary of Safran Aero Boosters capitalised at 108 million dirhams and based in Nouaceur to produce lubrication assemblies, while Safran Electronics & Defense launched a 350 million‑dirham expansion of its Nouaceur site adding 17,000 sq m, 15 new production lines and the potential for 500 additional jobs over five years.
