Flanigan’s Resort & Spa, which has 34 rooms, suites and villas and a 100‑seat restaurant, implemented Canary Technologies' Guest Management System and saw ancillary revenue rise by 57% in the first year.

The system replaced a printed compendium with a digital version, introduced mobile check‑in that issues keys in under a minute, and added smart checkout with a fully itemized digital folio, while digital tipping improved staff income and allowed personalized thank‑you notes.
