Garuda Indonesia to raise its GMF AeroAsia stake to 93.2%

Garuda Indonesia will increase its ownership of GMF AeroAsia from 27.4% to 93.2% by acquiring an additional 65.77% stake, with the transaction to be voted on by shareholders on 6 November. Danantara Asset Management will contribute 82.1 billion GMF shares valued at 5 660 billion rupiah as part of the deal.
