IBEX announced it will hire a small number of former graduates as assistant pilots for its CRJ700 fleet, with applications closing on 30 October and the first joining date set for on or after 1 April 2027.

Candidates must hold a Japanese multi‑crew pilot licence, an instrument flight licence and a radio operator licence, achieve a TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent, meet Class 1 medical standards and live within 60 minutes public transport of Sendai Airport or be willing to relocate; they will be employed on a fixed‑term contract until assistant pilot training is completed and then promoted to full‑time staff, with interview stages scheduled from late November through late January 2027.
