German higher court revokes acquittal of Winfried Stöcker in Lübeck airport vaccine case
The Oberlandesgericht has revoked the acquittal of Winfried Stöcker by the Landgericht Lübeck and sent the case back for a new trial.
The higher court said the lower court made several legal errors, including lacking evidence that the vaccine was a problematic drug, incorrectly assuming the doctors had no authority to administer it, not examining whether Stöcker’s actions amounted to bodily harm, and not adequately addressing the validity of the vaccinees’ consent; Stöcker had previously been fined 250,000 euros after a conviction in June 2024.
