On 5 October 2026 easyJet launched a ChatGPT integration that lets users search for flights and package holidays, view live prices and availability, and check flight status within a conversation, while completing bookings on easyJet.com or easyJet.com/holidays.

The plugin connects to easyJet’s booking channels and is accessed by linking the easyJet plugin through the ChatGPT website or mobile app; easyJet’s Digital Director Ian Chambers said the launch makes it easier for customers to find information in places they increasingly choose to search.

EasyJet reported a 400 % year‑on‑year increase in organic traffic from ChatGPT to its flight website and a 125 % increase to its holidays site after the integration.
