Binter signed a financing agreement worth US$510 million with a consortium of Spanish banks Santander, CaixaBank and BBVA, and legal advisors Deloitte and KPMG assisted the transaction; the agreement was signed by Binter president Rodolfo Núñez and vice‑president Alfredo Morales.

The deal covers the purchase of nine Embraer E195/E2 aircraft that will be delivered gradually starting in 2027; each jet seats 132 passengers in a 2‑2 configuration, and after delivery Binter’s fleet will total 25 Embraer E195‑E2 aircraft.
