Riyadh Air to launch thrice‑weekly nonstop Riyadh‑Jakarta service on 16 Nov 2026

Riyadh Air announced a three‑times‑weekly nonstop service between Riyadh and Jakarta scheduled to begin on 16 November 2026, linking King Khalid International Airport with Soekarno‑Hatta International Airport.

Bookings opened on 5 October 2026 and the flights will be operated with Boeing 787‑9 Dreamliners, offering Business Elite, business, premium economy and economy cabins; the Riyadh‑Jakarta leg departs Riyadh at 22:50 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while the Jakarta‑Riyadh leg departs at 15:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, each lasting about nine hours. Bilateral trade between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia was US$6.6 billion in 2025 and US$2.6 billion in the first half of 2026.
