Airbus Defence and Space has formally acquired Quarkslab, a French cybersecurity company founded in 2011 with about one hundred employees and offices in Paris and Rennes.

Quarkslab’s flagship product, QShield, offers a comprehensive solution for software suppliers to protect against AI‑driven threats and prevent reverse engineering, and the acquisition follows Airbus’s earlier purchases of Ultra Cyber and Infodas.

Airbus Defence and Space says the deal strengthens its position as a trusted and sovereign partner for French authorities and expands its presence in the European cybersecurity landscape.
