Judge dismisses case against Seville airport taxi drivers
Based on · First reported

- On 24 September, Judge María de los Reyes Flores Canales of Tribunal de Instancia 8 Sevilla dismissed the case against about twenty taxi drivers of Seville airport, nullifying all measures taken during the investigation.
- The dismissal permits an appeal to be filed, but any appeal will not suspend the effect of the dismissal, and the earlier late‑2021 order to continue an abbreviated procedure against Solidaridad Hispalense del Taxi and 27 drivers for alleged criminal organization, coercion and damage remains noted.
