On 28 September, a passenger on China Eastern Airlines Flight MU6741 was involved in an incident with a flight attendant after a cart pushed by the attendant struck the passenger's elbow, though the passenger did not suffer serious injury.
The passenger demanded an apology and asked to be removed from the flight; the flight attendant later knelt to apologise, the matter was reported to police and the airline suspended the passenger's service.
