COO Tilman Reinshagen and CCO Peter Glade are jointly running TUI's airline division while a new CEO is sought, both reporting to Marco Ciomperlik.

Glade, who has overseen TUI Airline's commercial business since November 2024, manages five operations with a fleet of 130 aircraft, including 18 long‑haul planes, and the company has set a target to save €250 million in the Markets + Airline segment by fiscal year 2028.
